Web Meeting Related Content Security
Meeting organizers often distribute confidential materials in advance of a WebEx meeting so that meeting invitees can be prepared for detailed discussions on complex topics. ARALOC will encrypt and protect confidential ancillary meeting materials distributed to some or all meeting attendees against copying, forwarding and unauthorized viewing. Of course, if a customer is concerned about records retention issues, any content can be expired remotely at any time.
Live Webex Security
Now Cisco WebEx customers can apply ARALOC so they can discuss highly confidential information in a ‘Live’ WebEx meeting and that meeting information will be protected against unauthorized screen capture, snippet and recording tools, etc.
Recorded WebEx Meeting Security
ARALOC can encrypt and protect any recorded WebEx meetings against copying, forwarding and unauthorized viewing. These recorded meetings often deal with confidential information and once secured with ARALOC, they can be also tracked using the ARALOC reporting and analytics capability and expired on demand.
Connect Spaces Content Security
ARALOC will apply a seamless and powerful “at rest” content security solution for customer proprietary content. Using rights management and 256 bit AES encryption, ARALOC will prevent any copying, forwarding and unauthorized viewing of most any Connect Space based secured content. It will also provide the content owner with complete view tracking and reporting.
The ARALOC solution also delivers ‘Cross Platform’ support to reach a very wide audience of computer and mobile device users while still protecting their proprietary content. Platform support includes PC, Mac, as well as, iPhone / iPod Touch devices and soon RIM Blackberry.
ARALOC™ protects and secures content in many file formats including; wmv, mp3, mp4, mov, doc, xls, ppt, jpg, gif, png, swf, htm, html, txt. All these formats can be mixed in a single protected package.
